Digital or Electronic Images One-time use for images or single application of photo; for example, someone purchasing a photo to put on a website (one application), then using the same image in a brochure (second application) etc., will be charged accordingly.

It is a federal offense to copy any of Peggy deWitt photography; violators will be prosecuted.
